My first attempt at “nail art”… Finger printed! Idea came from Quite Polished!

My first attempt at “nail art”… Finger printed! Idea came from Quite Polished!

HOT CHOCOLATE COOKIES

1 cup sugar

2/3 cup brown sugar

2 sticks room temperature butter

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 1/4 cups flour

4 packages of Hot Chocolate Mix (not sugar free)

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 cups mini marshmallows

Cream together sugar and butter until fluffy.

Add eggs & vanilla.

In another bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.

Slowly add dry ingredients to the butter mixture.

Add chocolate chips.

Shape into 1 inch balls and drop onto a lined sheet.

Lightly press a few marshmallows on top of each ball.

Bake at 350 degrees for 9 - 11 minutes.

Let cool for 5 minutes

Makes 4 dozens.
